About
A private beach house rented whole, built around a courtyard entrance with a fountain and glass doors that open front-to-back between the courtyard and the pool deck. Groups walk down to the beach at low tide or take the sidewalk into town, close enough to be easy but far enough to stay quiet and private. Guests single out Miguel, who manages the house, and leave planning their return.

The most beautiful house!! We will be back! The most beautiful courtyard entrance, fabulous kitchen and living room and bedrooms. The outdoor living area - dining table, sofa area, pool deck, pool, walk down to the beautiful beach - all was just perfect. We walked into town every day - sometimes on the beach if low tide, and sometimes along the road (which had a sidewalk the whole way). It was nice being so close to town so it was easy to walk, and yet far enough to be private and quiet while at home. Miguel who managed the house is WONDERFUL!!! Love love love Carolina Del Mar!
It is a beautiful home, with plenty of room. Fantastic entrance courtyard with a beautiful fountain. Glass doors in the front and back of the main rooms between the courtyard and the pool area. Great grill, seating areas, and a well kept pool. There's an outdoor shower, lovely walk down to the beach.
