Our stay at Casa Fuente was a truly rewarding experience for me and my family. The house is located directly in front of the beach, with private and easy access, which made our stay even more special and convenient. The saltwater pool is perfect, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. The attention and service provided by the entire team were outstanding. The 24/7 concierge service was always available and attentive to every detail, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of at all times. The host and all the staff members, including the gardener and the housekeeper, were extremely kind, professional, and dedicated. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference and contributed to an unforgettable family experience. The sunsets, sunrises, and overall atmosphere are simply breathtaking. Casa Fuente is without a doubt a paradise on earth. 100% recommended — we would gladly return.
Wowowow! This Airbnb was just perfect. Clean, stunning, staff was so friendly and the concierge was on top of all our needs! Every room is huge, and this place makes you feel like you are in a white lotus episode. The entrance with the pond surrounding the walkway was out of a movie. The outdoor showers were relaxing and private. Plus this area we felt so safe in! Guarded gate and all. The beach steps from the backyard was something of a dream!!!
Perfect case of how things look great in pictures, not so much in person. The place is kind of beat up. Definitely not well maintained. All outside lights are on a timer but the timer was off by hours so they were on during the day more than anything. The A/C was fairly cold but didn't dehumidify. Usually a sign of lack of maintenance. The only refrigerator/ freezer didn't work properly so the freezer didn't work at all and the refrigerator was bearly cool. Food went bad fast, ice melted ever faster! Speaking to a couple of the maintenance people, we were told the refrigerator has been bad for a while. The location is ok but the beach really isn't swimmable due to the rocks. The paths to the beach were treacherous due again to lack of maintenance. The town is a depressed little place covered mostly by severely potholed dirt roads with prices rivaling those in the US so don't expect any deals. You have to feel bad for the locals, who are really friendly, since the cost of living seems to be more determined by what the tourists can afford rather than locals hence everyone that lives there doesn’t generally indulge in any of the nicer restaurants and shops.
