The reason to come is the show — acrobatics, dance and singing with choreography guests compare to professional productions, staged on the rooftop (free if you're staying at Maravida). The atmosphere and the performers draw the raves. Food and service are more mixed: expect them to run average and sometimes slow. There's a modest per-person entertainment fee that goes straight to the performers — worth paying.

It was one of the most amazing evenings here in Tamarindo. I had so much fun and the people were so nice. It was a perfect mix of everything, the food, the people, the music, the vibe. I couldnt stop smiling because every minute something cool happend
Awesome show! Free admittance if youre staying at Maravida hotel already. The acts are not cheesy cruise acts, they are TALENTED! And at the end they get everyone up and dancing.
The show is absolutely incredible and definitely worth the visit to crazy monkey. I come from the New York City performance scene and I would put this on par with one of their burlesque shows. I was very disappointed to find out that many of the customers were not charged the $10 to pay the performers For the entertainment! When I reviewed my bill after the show luckily I was still present so I could give cash to Stephanie. The show is worth far more than $10 per person. The food in service was average. Our appetizers came out after our entrées and service was pretty slow in general. That being said, the staff was lovely, but seemed inept and understaffed. I hope with a little more time and some effort from the management, things will go smoother, and you will treat the entertainment with more respect by at the very least collecting the $10 entertainment fee. I look forward to coming back and seeing the implementation of a smoother service. This show is worth a repeat visit! I give the show five stars and I give the service two And a half stars
