I’m so happy I started training with Juan at Dharma! After having three back surgeries, I was hesitant to trust anyone with weight training and flexibility work. However, training with Juan has completely changed everything. My physical therapist and chiropractor are amazed at the progress I’ve made—especially how much stronger and more stable my lower back has become, along with the significant improvement in my flexibility.
