Enea's La Vera Cucina Italiana

The food was amazing! We had a couple appetizers, a couple pizzas, pastas, ravioli, and gnocchi for the table. Everything was homemade and excellent. The pizzas looked amazing and tasted even better, bursting with flavors and fresh vegetables. The pastas were absolutely homemade, the texture was divine. The gnocchi was so smooth on the inside and had been baked into the sauce soaking up all the flavors. The caprese had fresh homemade mozzarella and the pesto drizzle was a delightful touch. The owner was attentive and friendly, he took several pictures of our group from different angles which was very nice. We love this place, have always, and will always love Enea’s!

Hidden gem for Italian food in Tamarindo. We had the bruschetta, caprese, and pizza. Everything was excellent, especially for a small beach town. The outdoor seating is lovely, with a plant wall that buffers the street noise. Quiet enough for an easy conversation. A great spot if you’re looking for hearty, satisfying Italian food in Tamarindo.

I finally tried this place after many visits to Tamarindo and I highly recommend it! The Bruschetta was some of the best I’ve ever had - we ordered another it was so good! The homemade ravioli was huge, so come hungry! My spaghetti was cooked perfectly and the sauce made me want to lick the bowl. The wine list is great, staff was accommodating, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. Stop here for a wide variety of incredible Italian food!
