Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental thanks to two outstanding employees, Marisol and Louis. From three weeks before my rental date, they both communicated with me consistently and professionally, standing by every commitment they made. Their responses were always swift, helpful, and reassuring. Marisol, in particular, was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and transparent. Both she and Louis demonstrated high integrity in every interaction, which gave me complete confidence in my reservation and the service I would receive. Enterprise is fortunate to have team members like Marisol and Louis. I highly recommend them and the location for anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Very poor experience. I initially booked a vehicle for one day to pick up on July 29 and return on the same day for $49.72. Then I had to change my plan to pick up the vehicle on July 30 instead and I also decided to rent it for 2 days to return Aug 1. The manager Gustavo said I could have the same rate. I enjoyed visiting Costa Rica and decided to see more places and I returned the vehicle on Aug 2 instead at the San Jose airport. That is when the nightmare occurred. First of all, I never received an offical email receipt from Enterprise about my three days rental until today. Secondly, on the extra day I was charged $69 instead of $49.72. In addition, even though I provided my enterprise plus membership ID when I made the reservation, but enterprise said no rental activity under this reservation number was found and they were not able to add any points to my account. I had been messaging the manager at the Tamarindo location for over 3 weeks, and about one week ago he just stopped replying me. This has been a very frustrating experience. I am totally fine by paying for the 3 days, I just want to be consistent to be charged the same amount for all 3 days, and I want the reward points to be added to my account.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting a car with Enterprise in Tamarindo and cannot recommend them highly enough! This was easily a 5-star experience from start to finish. A huge thank you goes to Gabriela at the counter. She was simply amazing – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Beyond the smooth rental process, she gave us some wonderful recommendations for local activities and sights, which really added value to our trip. The car itself was great. It was immaculately clean when we picked it up, and the fuel efficiency was truly unbelievable! We drove extensively during our rental, covering approximately 350 kilometers as we explored the region, visiting national parks and various beaches. Despite putting that much distance on the car, we were shocked to return it with still just under half a tank of gas left! It was incredibly economical and saved us money and hassle. Furthermore, the check-in process was remarkably fast and efficient. I've rented cars many times in different places, and I can honestly say I've never encountered service this efficient and friendly. It made the start of our driving adventures completely stress-free. If you're looking to rent a car in the Tamarindo area, definitely choose Enterprise. Great cars, outstanding fuel economy, and truly exceptional customer service, especially from Gabriela! We would absolutely rent from them again.
