Esencia Costa Rica Real Estate & Property Management.

My partner and I booked at Villa Emma for a week at the beginning of February, 2026. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. The pictures of the property online are accurate. The place is spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. Location is great just a short walk from Potrero beach and the commercial strip of Surfside Potrero which has a great selection of shops and restaurants. The private pool, outdoor TV lounge area, outdoor pool table and outdoor dining table were great for relaxing and sharing meals. Justino was quick to reply to a few questions we had about the property and was a friendly host. Would 110% recommend this property as a place to stay in Playa Potrero.

We would recommend Esencia Costa Rica to everyone! We had a wonderful and unforgettable privat day trip to the Rio Celeste, saw the cute sloths and the beautiful rainforest with the best Guides Manfred and Eyner. At the end we had a traditional Costa Rican meal. The organizers really try to give you an unique experience. Especially Kevin! Thank you for this great time. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Thank you so much Esencia for setting us up at Mineral Springs Eco Village! It was a magical experience, one that we will never forget. We called Esencia asking for a unique place that was somewhat private, close to a waterfall & springs. Wow, Esencia provided a place that was above and beyond what we could ever dream of!!! It had cold springs outside our Dome, a waterfall on the property and the grounds were immaculate!! I HIGHLY recommend Esencia, and will call them again for our next travel destination!!
