Dr. Sebastian deserves nothing less than 5 stars. I'd give him 7 stars if Google would let me. He truly cares about his patients and is thorough, detailed, and explains things well. He answered every question, did additional tests for reassurance, and coaches us along the way. In 1 visit with him, he investigated my partner more than 9+ doctors have back in Canada. It made me realize how much of a joke Canadian Healthcare is. I would fly back to Costa Rica just to come see Sebastian for medical diagnoses & treatment. Best medical service I've ever experienced. A++

I ended up with a uti on my 2nd to last day on my trip. The thought of seeing a doctor is Costa Rica seemed so daunting &the idea of a plane ride with an infection was an absolute nightmare! I was in and out of the office and had my script all within two hours. I ended up feeling better that night. Thank you so much Dr. Briones, you really saved me!

I went there mid day I was very sick and dehydrated. I didn't have to wait and got in to examination right away . The nurse took my vitals and then the doctor came in . The staff here speak pretty good English so it was easy to communicate. The doctor was very thorough and attentive. He said I was dehydrated and recommended I get an IV and blood test to see what was wrong . I agreed. I like how nothing was pushed and everything was presented as an option and I knew what i was getting . The doctor also performed an ultrasound of my abdomen. The blood work came back I had a bacterial infection and asked if I wanted an antibiotic IV to speed up the process . I agreed . 2 hours later I was done and checked out he prescribed medication and antibiotics to continue taking . I got better withing a few days Id say my overall experience was excellent . Better overall experience and service then my home country of Canada. I like how the doctor did the tests to know the problem rather than guess based on symptoms alone .
