Hotel Flores

We had a really pleasant stay and it was close to everything-super market, food, beach. All within in walkable distance.

We really enjoyed staying here. Our room was super cute and cozy. We spent the heat of the day in the cozy, quiet pool area. Walking distance to the Saturday market and to everything in town including the beach. Great location!!! Loved watching the birds and iguanas in the trees. The staff is really kind and helpful. We did get see a monkey from the pool on the first afternoon of our stay here which was very exciting. I heard the Howler Monkeys every morning also.

Paola was always available with messages, recommended a good airport shuttle and answered any questions. The hotel is very quiet and romantic, with a small pool and lush garden. our room was upstairs, with a big covered veranda with sofas in front. Within a few minutes you can walk to the beach with all the bars and restaurants, but it is far enough to be completely quiet at night. a safe (you need 4 AA batteries!) a fridge, 2 glasses, plates and cutlery so that you can have cold meals in your room. The bed is very comfortable, good shower, plenty of towels. There is a supermarket just across the street. A very good starting point for our tour around Guanacaste.
