About
A walkable, secure spot with everything close -- a grocery store two minutes away, restaurants on either side, the beach about fifteen minutes on foot -- and a pool with seating, plus coffee, filtered water, and a microwave in the main area. Rooms range from spacious second-floor units to little container homes, with bedsheets guests single out as surprisingly comfortable. Victor and his team book tours and are easy to deal with.

We loved it so much we left our second location that we booked and came back early to stay here a second time during our trip! We stayed in one of the second floor rooms, as well as one of the little container homes! Both were great! We absolutely loved the second floor room; Spacious, clean and great if you like to make your own food! Also, they have the most comfy bedsheets ever, we were honestly shocked! One of the things that stood out for us about this place is you’re very close to everything; Grocery store is a two minute walk, There’s restaurants to the left and right the moment you walk out the door. And the beach is about a 15 minute walk! The place is also very secure and we Felt very safe, which is very important to us. Victor and his team were super helpful and easy to communicate with! They booked our coffee tour (Tio Leo) And that was incredible! They also made it easy to book our second stay. The facility is also very nice, the pool as well as the seating areas. There is coffee for everybody in the main area as well as filtered water and a microwave. I would recommend this place 100 times over to anybody☺️ We already can’t wait to come back!
This was our 3rd spot we stayed on our Costa Rican vaca and it blew the others out of the water. The location is absolutely perfect, we didn’t have to drive at all cause everything is in walking distance. Service was exceptional. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Shower was great, had hot water.
Everything except my room was fine. Be wary of the ground-level container units. I had to end my stay early because of the issues I encountered. I was greeted by chewing gum stuck to the floor. My room also had a mold/mildew problem, which started to make me feel sick after my first night in the room. Photos provided as evidence (and yes, that was a q-tip shoved into the ceiling of the bathroom). My mattress and sheets were also damp at nighttime, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, despite having a lot of potential, this property is lacking when it comes to cleaning/maintenance. What a shame!
