About
Inti Raymi brings Peruvian cooking to a Tamarindo food-truck park, and the dish travelers name most is the ceviche — citrusy white fish with corn and sweet potato. The lomo saltado and tallarin saltado (stir-fried tenderloin with noodles) also draw praise, as do the friendly cooks. The presentation surprises people given the food-truck setting.

Had the Tallarin Saltado de Lomo (stir-fry tenderloin with noodles). It was fresh, generous portion of the meat and very tasty noodles. Friendly service.
The ceviche here is a MUST if you’re stopping here for a bite to eat - I loved the citrus flavour of the white fish and the corn and sweet potato complemented it very well. I was also surprised by the presentation of the dish considering we were in a food truck park.
Prepare your taste buds for a journey through traditional Peruvian flavours. From authentic Peruvian ceviche to savoury chaufa rice and delicious stir-fried tenderloin, Inti Raymi really is a culinary delight that offers a true taste of the Inca culture.
