Service was impeccable although the restaurant was short staffed and Jakob took great care of our table. The two ceviche options were both amazing and the flavour were well balanced. The burrata with grilled grape tomatoes was certainly the best burrata dish I have ever had. The main courses were all delectable and I particularly enjoyed the tarragon Mahi Mahi with the creamy and flavourful base. The only downside is the portions are very large and can be difficult to eat entirely.

We had our best meal in Tamarindo here. Everything was fantastic! The food was incredible with a variety of unique flavors and spices. The shrimp huancaina appetizer is a must - so flavorful! Service was very attentive and sincere. The owner checked in on us several times as he did with all tables. Our server Rodrigo took exceptional care of us! The garden dining room is beautiful and sets the tone for a serene dining experience.

WOW! Quelle surprise! This is a French style bistro with Costa Rican flair. The service was outstanding, we were attended to by both the manager as well as the mixologist. The food was fresh and tasty. We had the beef stroganoff (garden beef) and the tarragon fish fillet . The cocktails were spot on. The ambiance was lively yet you could still have a conversation. We didn't make a reservation and we got lucky to get the last table. So I'd recommend making a reservation. The prices were high, just like the rest of Tamarindo but this was the first restaurant where I felt the higher prices were actually justified by the fresh ingredients, presentation and service. I can't wait to go back.
