La Botella de Leche Hostel

I had an absolutely incredible week at Botella de Leche in Tamarindo. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, not just like a guest, but like part of a community. The surf camp experience was outstanding. Everything was well organized, professional, and adapted to different levels. I improved so much during my stay and felt supported the entire time. You can tell they truly care about helping you progress while making sure you have fun. The overall atmosphere of the hostel is relaxed, social, and positive. The restaurant and breakfast were also excellent. Fresh food, great options, and the perfect way to start the day before heading out to surf. Every detail felt thoughtfully managed. What really makes this place special is the people. The team goes above and beyond to help with activities, recommendations, transportation, and anything you might need. It honestly made my trip unforgettable. If you’re coming to Tamarindo, this is the place to stay. I would 100% come back. Pura vida 🤍

I had such an amazing stay at Botella de leche! The property is really cool and in a great location. A huge thanks to Camilla and Facu for being so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the trip. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The surf instructors were also fantastic; they are super professional and patient, which made catching waves so much fun. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone because it really is the best team you could ask for!

Leo and his team were great. The price was very good and the people we awesome. I enjoyed having a pool to hangout by at low tide. The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. The New Gelato shop had great Gelato with deals for guests. The location is perfect, walkable but not too close to downtown that is super noisy. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.
