La Ramona Charming Hotel

Absolutely fabulous! We travel frequently and for what we paid, this lovely hotel far exceeded our expectations. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach, the rooms were well appointed and stocked, staff were amazing and having a great breakfast included was a total bonus! We would definitely book this hotel again.

We stayed here two nights and highly recommend it. The service and staff were fantastic and were very helpful accommodating our two-night stay under separate reservations. The hotel is a nice walking distance to the main street of Tamarindo. Rooms aren’t quite up to modern standards for outlets and amenities, but otherwise are great. WiFi worked great as well.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 5 nights whilst in Tamarindo and could not recommend it enough! The hotel is beautiful and located just off the main bit of town in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The room was fantastic with a huge bathroom. During our stay our flight unfortunately got cancelled and the owners allowed us to stay a few hours after our check in so we could sit by the pool and use the wifi while we waited for our updated itinerary from the airline. A beautiful place with warm and welcoming owners, a must stay if you’re in Tamarindo! Also make sure to say hi to the La Ramona cat Nina when you’re there! :)
