Little Lucha is a lucha-libre-themed taco spot in Tamarindo where the fish, shrimp and pork tacos and the margaritas — the cucumber one especially — get travelers coming back mid-trip. Save room for the churro dessert. Hosts Melanie and Celia are named again and again for making people feel looked after, the line moves fast, and the outdoor seating is genuinely nice.

Melanie and Celia were amazing!! Would come back just for her alone. The tacos were unreal and margaritas were the best we’ve ever had, anywhere! We had fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and pork tacos and all were better than we even expected. They have happy hour specials too so for sure will be back here for margaritas and beers! We will be back a few times before our 10 days here are up 🙂 thank you!
This place was so good, went back multiple times! Right from coming in the door, both Melanie and Celia were super helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and more! Service was excellent, and it was matched with delicious nachos and tacos - not to forget the margaritas! They have a unique taste, they taste like another is needed! Really well done job! The whole package, and will dream of coming back
Nicole and Mathias are amazing!!!! The customer service from the door was wonderful. The food was damn delicious— the sign is accurate. They made me feel special on my birthday with churros and incredible food and service. Definitely worth a visit and be sure to say hello to Lucha.
