A small, locally run shop known for the best board-rental prices in Tamarindo — riders point out rates roughly half of what others charge, on decent boards like Torq longboards in good shape. Lessons start inside on a wooden practice board, then cross to the beach where the instructor stays in the water with you the whole time. Berto and Sebastian get named for patient, hands-on help.

Best price BY FAR for surf board rentals. $8/4 hrs is 50% cheaper than anywhere else. Amazing staff and decent boards for tourists. Highly recommend! Pura Vida!
Great local small store. They start the lesson in their shop with a surf board, then still inside with a wooden table mimicking the real thing. About 10 minutes. Then you go across the street to the beach and the instructor stays with you in the water all the time, awesome guys. Highly recommend them. Loyally opened, not the big guys.
Had a fantastic day surfing, great instructor and boards for the whole family, very reasonably priced, can't recommend enough. Went back a second day.
