About
Nalu is a bagel-and-cafe spot in a Tamarindo outdoor food hall where travelers go back day after day. The banana bread gets its own shout-outs, the smoothie bowls — snickers, acai — and Caesar salad come fresh and huge, and there's a gluten-free bagel option. The crispy chicken and smoked-salmon bagel round it out, with Rose named for friendly service.

This place was one of my favourite place to eat and we went multiple times during our trip! The salads and smoothies bowl were soooo fresh and tasty! I recomend the caesar salad and the snickers smoothie bowl you definitely won't regret it! The sizes of the plates and bowls are huge and good prices!
Highly recommend. Delicious bowls and gluten-free options (I had the gluten free bagel), also very kind staff. So good we went back a second day for acai bowls
In a cute outdoor food hall! Has the best banana bread in monteverde. The smoothies and bagel sandwiches are also very good! Loved the post workout
