This place is top notch. No high pressure insurance sales, good condition cars, friendly staff. I had a problem when I picked up the car as they showed a balance due of $50 for a one-way drop off after I pre-paid. After a few days, a representative called me and took care of everything, reversing the charge. Not anything like experience renting in Mexico. These people are trustworthy. Thanks !

I had a great experience renting a car with Marisol Rosales. She was super professional, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her clients — everything was well organized, clear, and fast. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Marisol is amazing at what she does and a great representative of the company. Highly recommend!

The experience was great. The staff (all of them) had a great smile on the entire time, so welcoming helpful and explained everything about the rules, driving in city and street parking. We also got an upgrade and the car was very clean with low mileage in excellent condition. So here recommending everyone who helped from Jocylin who courteously dropped me back to the hotel to Guillermo and Andres who got us the nice car and did all the checking and paper work on no time and finally Mariella who received the car and was very efficient and “muy amable”.
