Nori Villas

Villa Nori was a VERY pleasant surprise! We booked it without being so sure of what to expect exactly - SPOILER ALERT: it is MUCH more than you can expect! My wife and I stayed there towards the end of February/2026 (one or two weeks after it's grand opening). The place was absolutely impecable, the attention to detail was exceptional, cleanliness was very obvious everywhere. Admittedly, while driving towards the location it was not showing us any signs of what to expect, but once there we were tempted to not leave anytime soon! This was our first time in that part of Costa Rica, Tamarindo, but now I believe this was officially our first time there: we expect to return & and of course stay at Villa Nori again... Besides of the place itself being very unique (I'd say flawless), the actual location is on the borderline (fence in-between) to a nature reserve, which made it even more special - howler monkeys can be heard and even seen constantly. We were watching a small family of these (as well as many others a bit further) swinging on the tree branches at only about 15 meters away. We were sure the chance of spotting other tropical forrest animals wandering nearby was imminent - a spectacular experience! The place is very near Tamarindo, allowing you to go out partying, dining or visiting the many beaches within the area, but just far enough to not hear any of the civilization's noise and we even got to gaze at the stars as the night was clear and unpolluted by the nearby town lights. The pool was full with soft-water was even covered in a special type of tiles (not your regular ceramic) that helped adding to the natural atmosphere throughout. Priceless. And last but not least, the staff was always at hand to tend any of your needs, full of suggestions of where to find what and even provided us with some useful gear to make our visit even better. Hospitality is a specialty there. So needless to say, we're going back... Hopefully very soon!

Our stay at Nori Villas was absolutely wonderful. Our host, Fer, was amazing and truly went above and beyond to make us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome from the moment we arrived. He was always available on WhatsApp and responded within minutes whenever we had a question or needed anything. The property itself is stunning. The lush foliage and natural surroundings create a beautiful, peaceful ambience that makes the entire place feel like a private retreat. Every detail of the villa is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, making it feel both luxurious and relaxing at the same time. We were traveling with our six-month-old baby, and Fer was incredibly gracious in helping us find a high chair and a bassinet so our little one could be comfortable as well. That level of care really made us feel at home. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, remote-feeling area, yet still close enough to Tamarindo that getting to shops and restaurants is easy. You get the peace and quiet without being too far from everything. Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out, from the incredibly comfortable bed and soft linens to the beautiful shower. And the saltwater pool? Absolutely amazing. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Honestly, it feels like a hidden gem—I almost want to keep it a secret. We will 100% be coming back and can’t wait to stay here again.

A wonderful lodging experience, peaceful and surrounded by nature. The villa is equipped with everything you need and is very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.
