Thank you for an amazing Sound Healing Ceremony/Journey with Jorge from Peru! His knowledge of indigenous instruments, musical talent and energy were beautiful and very grounding. The studio in the hills was also a wonderfully relaxing space. Clean and bright! I also really enjoy doing Yoga at Om Shanti Studio in town. The teachers are well-trained and caring. Highly recommend when you visit Tamarindo and you need some self-love!

Mariel always surprises me! She is so dedicated to get the best out of her students. Her classes are challenging and informative. Every time I’m in Tamarindo I don’t miss her classes. And the new studio is absolutely gorgeous ! I highly recommend her for all levels of practice from beginners to advance students of yoga!

In most tourist destinations you get basic beach yoga. Not here. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi, this spot is amazing. Mariel is a true yogi with years of training and her studio is pure perfection. She can guide you through everything from foundational elements to advanced inversions, depending on your level and the class. One of my favorite yoga studios in the world.
