About
Argentinian grill where the meat does the talking: a tenderloin people call perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, paired with mushroom sauce, and a chicken schnitzel so large and addicting diners fight over the leftovers. Portions run generous enough for a second meal, and there's grilled fish like mahi mahi too. It's not cheap, but reviewers consistently say the quality earns the price.

I had the chicken schnitzel the french fries has a salad with vinaigrette, My husband had the 10.5oz tenderloin with sliced air fried potatoes that seemed to taste better than my french fries(barely, cuz they were both excellent) along with the mushroom sauce and the side salad with vinaigrette. Schnitzel is addicting... It was so large I wanted to save half of it but we only came home with a third of it and that was after arguing about keeping it for a snack later. The tenderloin was as it name says very tender very well seasoned absolutely delicious. The mushroom sauce was the perfect pairing for the steak if you are a mushroom person. Salad with simple with a balsamic vinaigrette, but the greens were fresh and clean and the vinaigrette was amazing. Pro tip since that schnitzel was the amazing, ask and pay for a small side of the mushroom sauce for the steak and you'll almost have a poor man's Hunter schnitzel! Rodney was our waiter and he was amazing, Good atmosphere good food what else could you ask for? We've been in Costa Rica for almost 2 months between the puntarenas and guanacaste region and so far this restaurant is now our top number one out of dozens and dozens of places we've tried. It is quite pricey compared to most places we eat, but I think the quality satisfies the price. Portions were quite large. So if you are not a big eater like myself, You could easily make a third meal out of the leftovers, if you're justifying the cost. Lol
Best place we've visited since coming down from our home in the Central Valley. Steak was cooked perfectly, and the chips were delicious. We had generous portions to match too. Selene was so friendly, and although we spoke in Spanish, she does speak fluent English. She is both friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Easily one of the best places we've visited since we moved to this country (I've lived in six countries, and eaten at a lot of places. I rate this one highly with some authority, if I do say so myself). It isn't the cheapest place, but the town is quite expensive anyway because it's a tourist destination. So it's to be expected. But you get what you pay for, and it's definitely worth coming for a good meal cooked with high-quality meat. Came away full and happy.
Food was AMAZING! Mint lemonade was so unique and tasty. Service was amazing. Barbeque table for 2 and burger was some of the best food I've ever had. Passion fruit iced tea was also amazing. Would definitely come back and recommend to other people.
