Named for Leo's mom, Pinky — who you might actually meet — this gelato shop earns its perfect reputation on flavors people call the best they've ever had. Leo and Facu run the counter and go out of their way for you; regulars swear by the snickers. There are dairy and water-based options plus solid coffee, in a small, sweet space made for lingering.

Leo at Pinky’s is our favourite!! The best ice cream in town. Honestly the best I’ve ever had. Will return again and again. (You must try the snickers, 100/10!!)
Pinky’s is amazing!! Can’t recommend more. The coffee is great, and so is the service. Leo and Facu go out of there way to make it such a great place. We even got to meet Leo’s mom, Pinky herself!!
The best gelato in town, hands down! 🍦✨ The flavors are amazing every single time, and the staff are always so sweet and welcoming. It’s such a cozy spot to sit, chill, and catch up with friends. My favorite place in Costa for a little treat and good vibes! 💛
