Very beautiful studio and amazing instructors! I left a feeling strong and empowered every time. I did the package of four classes which I believe is the sunrise package as I was here for a week and it was phenomenal. 10 out of 10 would recommend checking out this studio!

I am so happy I found Pura Vida Pilates! LOVED THIS CLASS. I am actually rating this class one of my top classes across 10 cities, and 5 countries. This was my first time in Costa Rica, and as someone who travels often, I always go hard in searching for the best Pilates studio in every new city or country I visit. Utilizing Pilates is one of my favorite ways to move my body and get strong, and this studio did not disappoint. Rina and her husband are such lovely, welcoming people who truly KNOW Pilates. The energy of the studio was in perfect alignment—it felt fun, calm, and challenging all at once. I really appreciated the intimate feel of the space, and a huge plus: everyone has their own mirror! It was great to be able to make sure my form was on point throughout the session. One thing I wasn't expecting, but absolutely loved, was at the end of class when Rina let us pick affirmation cards. The message I drew spoke to me so specifically—it was the perfect start to my Friday morning on my birthday trip. Booking was seamless and the vibes were unmatched. If I am ever back in Tamarindo, I will ALWAYS make sure to book a class with Rina. If you're looking for an authentic, high-quality workout with wonderful people, this is it!
