Puro Círculo Yoga- Yoga & Wellness in Tamarindo

I had the pleasure of hiring Helena as a yoga instructor for an event in Trieste (Italy), and the experience was absolutely wonderful. They brought such a calming yet energizing presence to our group, making everyone feel comfortable and engaged, regardless of their yoga experience level. The session was a perfect blend of relaxation and invigoration, and it really added a special touch to our event. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to incorporate yoga into their events or routines.

My friend & I were in Tamarindo for a few days & were looking to do some yoga on the beach. We got incredibly lucky to find Puro Circulo & sign up for Helena's class our first morning here. It was so good we immediately signed up for the next day & we'd have done more if we had more time here! Helena is masterful at providing small adjustments that make big differences as well as modifying any poses as necessary for those with movement restrictions. We had a small class so she expertly catered it to the things we said we wanted to work on. Her vibes were pristine! We will be coming to more classes with her the next time we're in Tamarindo & will be looking for retreats & other chances to practice with her in the mean time!

Helena was amazing, I practiced with her for almost a week and we did all styles of yoga, vinyasa, yin, but my favorite was my 1:1 meditation, I literally felt amazing and reached a meditative state. She gives amazing hands on adjustments, always has essential oils, a cool towel at end of class, and sometimes sound instruments. The location on the beach she teaches is amazing, her words are also amazing. Honestly if you are new or advanced in yoga Helena is your girl. Look no further with her and book.
