Jamie is a genuine soul and an intuitive, engaging teacher! I was able to take 3 Beach Yoga classes from her during my recent stay in Costa Rica and all were unique and taught beautifully. She is able to teach all levels and makes each class engaging for all. Hearing the waves and feeling the light wind while practicing Yoga was a great way to start the day. It's also very affordable! I can't wait to go back.

Jamie is such a great yoga teacher! I look forward to class with her every week. Because I am a runner and tennis player, Jamie always helps guide me into a pose with a clear intention and gives me time to settle into the pose so that the tension relaxes. She is very knowledgeable and I feel safe when trying new poses. I highly recommend her for both yin and flow yoga classes.
