A hilltop lookout perched above Tamarindo bay, where the draw is the view - breathtaking ocean sunsets, and even a pool that faces the water. Guests describe well-run, friendly service and a spot close to the center of town. One long-stay visitor said waking up to that horizon each day made them feel like a millionaire.

The new name is Hotel Casa Mirador Tamarindo, and it's a great place to stay. I was fortunate enough to stay there a couple of weeks, and every day featured a breathtaking ocean view sunset. You truly feel like you're a millionaire when you stay at a place like this. Even the pool has an ocean view.
Wonderful location great service well-run clean the owner was lovely and very helpful.
Great alaround- their hot sauce I'd stellar
