Ten North Tamarindo Beach Hotel

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, we can walk to all the restaurants and the beach, but we still feel tucked away. We picked the small, simple room, but it was perfect for my husband and me for the week. Any staff we have spoke with has been extremely kind and friendly. And shout out to Mimi, the cat who hangs around outside, we have loved seeing her every day. I would absolutely stay here again

First time back to Tamarindo in 15 years and enjoyed my time here- this little gem of a hotel certainly made our trip perfect! This spot is the perfect little oasis- pool was quiet and shaded which was exactly what we needed on cold days. The rooms have cute little patios with good shelter for when it rained so you weren’t stuck in your room. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. Service was great. Beach is super close by as are all your eating and drinking options and the grocery store right across the street is super handy. Loved that they had beach chairs free for you to take down to the beach. Also appreciated the fluffy towels to use for the pool and the little clothes line for every unit. AC was frigid cold in the best way and I had some very comfortable sleeps! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I read some reviews about the noise from the club- they close at 1030 so it’s really not the end of the world and between the noise machine included in every room and the AC going it didn’t bother us at all.

This stay is a gem in Tamarindo. It is close to everything — a few blocks from the beach, along the way to the main restaurant and shopping venues — but also tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. My family and I opted for a two-room suite on the first floor. We were served breakfast every morning at our own private outdoor table. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks to Veronica and Karol at the front desk, as well as Laura and other members of the hospitality team! We enjoyed our stay at Ten North and in Tamarindo.
