I had a great stay at this hostel. The place is very clean and the housekeeping is done regularly, which makes it really comfortable. The beds have curtains, which gives you more privacy in the dorms. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Juan was especially helpful during my whole stay. He was always available to suggest activities and answer any questions or give information whenever needed. There is also a kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook your own meals, which is great if you like preparing your own food. I also really appreciated that it’s an all-female hostel. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe the entire time. I definitely recommend this hostel!

An all-women’s hostel that truly feels like home. The perfect place for solo female travelers to make friends and enjoy everything tamarindo has to offer! Juan and Lucas are amazing hosts who create such a welcoming and supportive environment. The volunteers Vero and Sophie were so friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere is empowering, relaxed, and social without feeling overwhelming — perfect for solo female travelers. The space was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach and town. I highly recommend taking surf lessons with the girls from the hostel — it was such a fun, no-pressure environment to build confidence and work on my surfing. I left with new friends and would absolutely stay here again!

I had a good time here at the hostel! It’s right at the beach so a perfect location. Juan is a very nice host, and the girls that were staying here were kind too. You’re able to surf here as well if you like. It’s nice that the beds have curtains so you have a little bit of privacy.
