Tropic Tamarindo Costarican Cuisine

We absolutely loved our experience here. We opted not to do the tasting menu and instead ordered the entire menu both apps and entrees as a group of 8 so we could try everything. Almost all the dishes we got were well crafted, balanced and packed with flavour. The cocktails were on the very strong end and the ingredients didn't fully go together in them, but each was served in a very fun glass.

Tropic Is a beautiful space to relax for a delicious meal. The vibe is really nice, but the food & drinks are top notch. The authentic local flavors were rich with complexity and incredible freshness. Their original cocktails and appetizers were balanced, delicious and delivered with exquisite service. We will be back for another meal or 2 before we leave.

I can safely say that during my trip to Costa Rica I was able to do everything I had dreamt of doing during my time there. I swam in the waterfall at La Fortuna, surfed the waves of the Pacific coast, and ATV’d to hidden beaches to watch the un beatable sunsets of Tamarindo. But of everything thing I did, there’s only one thing I did twice. And that was eat at Tropic. Get a reservation, if you can, right now. I promise you it will change the way you see Costa Rican food. Everyone there couldn't be more kind or accommodating. They even opened their doors early for us! They have made something more special than I think even they know. Incredible in every single way. ❤️
