Went on the « splash and waterfall » excursion. This was the first excursion we did and we were amazed with our experience. From the reservation (which was easy and hassle free), to the pick up (on time), to the patience of our guide (our youngest got carsick and we had to stop a couple of times for him to walk around), to the awesome adventure, we would 100% recommend. Olman, our driver and guide, was super nice. The hike was fun, the tubing exciting and the lunch delicious. We couldn’t swim in the waterfall sadly because the currents were too strong for the kids that day, but we got as close as we could safely. Thanks for the adventure! We will definitely book again our next adventure!
The tour was nice, and good service. The one thing that we all were missing was that there was not a tour guide included in our tour escape arenal. We thought that there would be a tour guide on site that would guide us through the hanging bridges and the woods. Overall we are satisfied with the tour and guide who drove us, he was super nice!
We got a great deal from this company for a combo tour including zipline, horse riding, cultural experience, mud bath, water slide, hot springs water and lunch. The tour was great and our tour guide, Olman was fantastic. Strongly recommended.
