Not as advertised, photo shopped, a run down and tired facility. Stinky dark rooms, extremely uncomfortable beds, stinky towels and ants. If you're ready for a scene from the Bates Motel, this is your place....

DO NOT STAY HERE. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I had a reservation that was 2 months away, let me rephrase 2 months away and they would not allow me to do a free cancellation. I experienced an accident and fractured my foot and let the property know this and they wouldn't cancel a reservation I had that was 2 months away. I've never seen such poor customer service and greed. If you want to give money to this hotel and greedy owner then go ahead but you've been warned that they will not make any exceptions. The funny thing is that on another website (Hostelworld), the free cancellation was at a later date. I also tried to show them this and they still did not budge. Unbelievable. I didn't stay at the property but not being able to provide an exception for a free cancellation when the reservation is two months out due to a serious medical reason is not a place I won't want to stay in. This shows their attitudes to their guests of having 0 flexibility. This kind of treatment I'm sure is seen in other areas of how they treat their guests. I'm not the only one who rated them as 1/5. I would read their response to this with a grain of salt. They are trying to safe face. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Also love how they respond here and say "we are sorry about your accident". So everyone, if an accident happens, they will also say the same to you as long as they have your money in their greedy hands. And their response about how most hotels would charge the full amount is ridiculous. Most hotels offer 2-3 day free cancellation, my reservation is 2 months from now. Like I said, really think through if you want to stay at a hotel like this.

This hotel is a very good value considering how well it is located. The rooms are smartly designed and laid-out. Everything is very comfortable and clean. The staff work hard to make your stay very nice. Tip of the hat to Susan for making our stay so memorable!
