VIP Tamarindo

Overall our experience was good. The house was clean & functional. Plenty of pool towels & linen was more than adequate. The setting is very pretty & peaceful. We had some problems with the house & Rigo did his best to correct them. As we are leaving, there is still a leak from the kitchen sink. We have been doing our best to make sure it is not causing any damage. We understand Rigo is arranging to have this fixed after we leave. The dishwasher & microwave were not properly installed as they are not properly anchored. We have been disappointed about 2 things: There was no barbecue grill as there is at all the other units in our “C” Enclave. There is a very expensive grill set in the kitchen so obviously there was a barbecue here previously. Also there is no fan over the kitchen stove even though there a a place between the cabinets for it with an electrical outlet. There is also a manual for a fan so obviously a fan was planned. Without a fan, this could cause damage to the kitchen cabinets.

Lovely condo and central location in Tamarindo. You won’t be disappointed. The condo has all the details you need for a relaxing and fun visit to a great beach town in Costa Rica. Modern building, well-stocked kitchen, modern bathrooms, a washer dryer and a relaxing oversized terrace with local vegetation. All a two-block walk to the beach and right in the center of town.

Highly recommend!!! Rigo and Richard delivered exactly what we expected. Very clean, all the amenities, beautiful and comfortable space to relax, and guarded property to assure your privacy and security. Just three minutes by golf cart to Tamarindo for all the activities, shopping, and night life. Thanks!
