Boutique Surf Hotel RipJack Inn

One minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen. Rooms are equipped with AC that functioned our while trip, they were clean and well maintained. The two gardeners do an impressive job. The grounds felt very secure and lush with tropical vegetation. Attached restaurant has broad menu including lots of local dishes and they were well prepared. Staff was always cheerful and helpful...a special thanks to Carlos who went out of his way to help. We had rental car which was a big help in exploring the area. Summary is lovely, quiet and has all the luxury and amenities for a great escape.

The restaurant at Ripjacks is hands down one of our favorite parts of staying in PG. They have a phenomenal happy hour with great prices on some fantastic cocktails and small bites, and the food we had was delicious as well. We were there with a group of 9 ladies and had wonderful service from Olga. Stephanie waited on a few of us the second time we showed up for happy hour, and she did an amazing job as well. The spicy mango marg is one of my all time favorite drinks! 😍 We have not yet stayed in a room there but the grounds are lovely and intimate. They are responsive via WhatsApp which is really wonderful for planning purposes. I highly recommend checking them out while in PG!

We just ate at the restaurant and everything was phenomenal! We ordered the Super Bowl, Grilled Fish Tacos, Fried Plantains and and the Spicy Grapefruit Margarita. Excellent service and top notch quality ingredients and presentation. We enjoyed the spacious outdoor seating and comfortable chairs. They even have an adjacent volleyball court complete with sand. It's a fun AND delicious place to eat.
