Fellini turns out the pizza Tamarindo regulars swear by — a margherita that reminds transplanted New Yorkers of home and vegan options that are easy to find. It sits in the mall by the Automercado, with a covered courtyard that feels open-air even in the rain and a mini playground and trampoline that keep kids busy. Good value for a family lunch, though a rare off-night can leave a pie light on toppings.

I don’t post reviews unless my experience is fabulous, or absolutely awful, which means the establishment essentially stole my money. I ordered a 1/2 supreme, 1/2 pepperoni-mushroom. The photo speaks for itself. 😒🧐 And I could have overlooked the shortage of topping if the pizza had been tasty. But no, the taste was not there—equivalent to the toppings.
I loved that this Italian restaurant offered vegan options, service was great, and the food was delicious!! To top it off the prices are great! This just became my favorite restaurant in Tamarindo! Located in the same mall as automercado
