Hotelito Dos Hijas

An absolutely outstanding new find! We've been coming to Playa Grande for 20 years and always stay in well maintained places...but I gotta tell y'all, without a doubt, we've NEVER had a better bed! This beautiful property is to be considered upscale, quiet, within walking distance of soooo much....including the beach. The pool is great, landscaping beautiful and all the amenities. Dishes, cutlery, an actual hotplate microwave, larger mini fridge, an outside grill, bigger tv than we're used to, beautiful tiled shower with a large rain shower head, an outside shower, secure safe/gates/room...I could go on and on. Stay here people...you'll be happy you did!

Highly recommend this place! Beautiful design and very practical use of space in the casitas. The location is unmatched in Playa Grande. One minute walk to the beach and two great restaurants on the same block, Surf Dog and Rip Jack Inn both have great food and vibes. I actually cooked quite a bit in the mini kitchen and it was surprisingly functional. There is a shared gas grill in the common pool area that I used often to grill the amazing fresh tuna you can get in the area. The shared pool and yard is fantastic. It's cool because it fosters community with other travelers and yet the casitas feel very private. Very well built concrete walls so no noise from the neighboring casitas and I slept great. Best mattresses in CR! Everything is brand new including the shared washer and dryer in the common area which was nice. The best part is that you can stay for a week or more without needing a rental car because everything you need is within walking distance. Rental cars in Costa Rica are very expensive so that part is a big deal for me. Will definitely be back this Hotelito.

Perfect spot in an exquisitely designed room. No notes. Definitely a great place to set yourself up for wonderful stay.
