About
Origami Sushi Foodtruck does fresh sushi with a good fish-to-rice ratio at fair prices, plus a salmon poke bowl and an Asian box — crispy chicken in Kung Fu sauce over rice — that keep people coming back. There's a small heladería on site turning out excellent ice cream, frozen margaritas, and games to play while you wait. The bao is the one miss: it's fried rather than steamed, so set expectations there.

We liked the sushi it had good ratio of fish and rice. Pork gyoza was okay, but missing flavors. However bao was something we didn’t like at all. For some reason they were fried instead of being steamed as expected. We were not informed about this change in traditional recipe. Combining with buffalo chicken and bacon inside it was too fatty.
Wow, couldn't believe the quality and flavors of the sushi we got! Everything was fresh, tasty and decently priced. If you're looking for something other than the typical local food, this is the spot ! And the small heladeria on site serves excellent ice cream as well .
We tried the salmon poke bowl and an Asian box (crispy chicken in Kung Fu sauce over rice) and we’ll come back before the end of the trip. So good!! With frozen margaritas!!! Yum!
