A few months ago, I made the decision to really take a look in the mirror and invest in my skin and hair. Luckily, I found Pacific Medical Clinic for guidance as a Tamarindo local. From the first consultation, they took the time to create a detailed plan tailored specifically to me, including laser treatments (C02), Colagen and PRP. Over the past 90 days, I’ve followed their protocol closely, working with Nurse Fernanda and under the care of Dr. Paula—and honestly, the results have been incredible. Even they were surprised by the transformation after reviewing before and after photos from the initial treatment to today (March 30, 2026). People and friends who haven't seen me in months are like "wow" you look young!! Hearing that makes me internally happy and excited to hear that people and friends recognize the changes in my facial skin. And I'm excited to share with them the positive results that I've had from Pacific MediSpa. After years of surfing and constant sun exposure, I had built up a lot of sun damage on my skin. Living in a place like Tamarindo, that just comes with the lifestyle, it's not an excuse to look older. What stood out was not just the treatments, but their recommendations on how to protect my skin while continuing to surf and be in the sun. Another thing that really made a difference for me was how hands-on they were throughout the entire process. During and after each session, Nurse Fernanda and their team consistently followed up, checking in to make sure I was doing well and answering any questions I had. That level of care and attention gave me a lot of confidence in what I was doing. The improvement I’ve seen has been significant. It's not immediate or a blink of an eye results. It requires time and treatments however, my skin looks healthier, more refreshed, and I genuinely feel better in my own skin. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really stand out. I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking to improve your appearance and take better care of your skin.
