Best guided tours ever!!! We chose this company for three guided tours: turtle nesting, Ricon della Vieja hot springs, and a boat tour in Palo Verde. All fantastic! A special mention for our guide, José: he's truly the best. So kind, attentive, friendly with everyone, knowledgeable about nature, and a great driver. We have nothing but positive things to say… he was also very attentive to my 85-year-old mother. José is our favorite guide in Costa Rica. And thank you, Mariana, for the online support in planning these tours.

Outstanding shuttle service. They are truly customer-focused and I can't say enough good things about Playa Grande Shuttle! From the moment we booked, their team was responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs. Our driver was punctual, courteous, and made us feel completely at ease. The vehicle was so clean and comfortable, and the entire experience was seamless. What really stood out was how customer-focused they are - you can tell they genuinely care about providing excellent service, not just getting you from point A to point B. This is the kind of company that makes travel easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend Playa Grande Shuttle for anyone needing reliable, professional transportation. We'll absolutely use them again! They don't currently take credit cards but hoping that changes.

We had a great experience using Playa Grande Shuttle & Tours for our private shuttle to and from the Liberia airport in Costa Rica to our VRBO in Playa Grande. It was easy to book, and they provided excellent communication throughout. Jose our driver was on time and allowed us to stop and pick up some supplies at a large grocery store which I would recommend doing.
