Yoga Playa Grande - Classes with Liz

Had the BEST yoga class with Liz! It was very easy to connect with Liv before we landed in Costa Rica for our girls trip! We planned the date and location and Liv was very accommodating on where we should set up this private class for us on the beach. The class was easy for beginners or those who have done yoga before. We loved the cold towels at the end of the session - which was a great and relaxing addition! This is a MUST book activity if you are in plays grande! We decided to do this on our last morning but if we come back we would do more than 1 class with Liz!

Love it ! def recommended if visiting Playa Grande :) Liz is great and the space surrounded by nature and if u lucky maybe monkeys.Going back soon I promise, more of paradise ! see you soon lizzi
