I’ve dined at Alma Santa several times now while in town and I enjoy it every single time. Some weekends, they offer a barbecue dining option where you can eat delicious foods by the beach. I highly recommend this restaurant for fine dining in the Coco area. Bonus if you’re staying in Pacifico and already have access to enjoy the beach club (also a 5/5). The staff here are kind and service-oriented, which made for memorable dining experiences.
A shout out to Chef Jose and our server Enrique for making our dining experiences fabulous! Our food was delicious! We dined here twice, and the food was consistently scrumptious!! This place has a wonderful relaxing vibe! A must try if you are in Coco Beach, Costa Rica.
We were staying in a hotel nearby and decided to eat dinner here on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was not busy. We were seated by a waiter and then, a big group came. The waiters were distracted catering to the big group. We weren’t sure who will be serving us. There were 2 other staff at the hosting area who completely ignored us and just talking to each other. After 20 min of being ignored, we decided it wasn’t worth wasting our time and we walked off. We go out to various restaurants and travel a lot. We had never had such poor service and literally ignored 😡😡😡
