About
A large residence club with pools, well-kept grounds and a beach club set right on the sand, where guests single out spacious, clean condos, filtered water and standout service (one names Donovan at the beach club). The location makes it easy to walk into town. Honest notes: unit condition varies and some need touch-ups, and food and drinks on site run expensive.

The property is just Beautiful, however the rooms were very disappointing!! The room we stayed in had a very strong Moldy smell, not very clean and kitchen was not completely furnished! Maintenance came after we reported the strong Moldy smell and they said the walls would have to be torn out to fix the water leaks and take care of the Mold! That’s all they did was spray some air freshener around the room! By the night I had a really bad headache! While in the room we had to leave the patio doors open so the smell wouldn’t be so strong! We reported the issue again to the main office and she said the issue will be addressed but can’t be fixed while the room is occupied and would not give us another room! By the end of the stay we were both sick, with headaches, sore throats and respiratory issues!
We really enjoyed our stay at Breeze/Pacifico. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pools and the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Donovan, provided excellent service. He was pleasant, accommodating and very professional. We also enjoyed the beach club. The beach was beautiful and the set up of the restaurant right by the beach was convenient. The food was delicious, we specially enjoyed the molten lava cake dessert.
Rooms and facilities are "ok" for the price paid. However, some interior spaces need maintenance and lots of touchups. Schedules to use courts are ridiculous (tennis and pickleBall only between 10am and 3pm even if courts are empty) Those hours is when we're all out at the beach. No EV charging. Swm. pool is about 5min walk. El Coco beach is nice but not a great beach. you need to drive 5 min. away to grt to the beach club. Food n drinks are too expensive.
