Coco Barre

Was in coco for the week and came to two classes. Had such an amazing time at both! The instructor was high energy, explained everything so well and did the whole workout with us! I will definitely be back next time I'm in coco!

I’ve been taking Barre with the instructor, Jessica, for 7 months and not only did it transform my body by strengthening my core and toning my muscles, it also provided a wonderful community here in Coco that I found nowhere else. And it has everything to do with Jessica’s warm and bubbly personality. She makes everyone who walks into her studio feel welcome no matter their fitness level. She modifies any exercise to meet individual needs and makes every class so fun, you forget how much your muscles are burning! I highly recommend Coco Barre for anyone seeking a fun and challenging workout, whether you’re just visiting or live in or near Coco.

My friends and I took a class with Jessica. It was great! I want to move to Coco just so I can join her studio 😊. Thank you, Jessica, for starting our trip off with a great workout.
