I walked in just to get an idea on some excursions and was greeted by Leo. He was so helpful with finding us the right excursion that fit our schedule. Great energy and super accommodating. Our guide Daniel was amazing too. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the area and it's history. Also has a great eye for pointing out hidden wildlife. Highly recommend asking if he's giving the tour on your excursion. Compared to booking your own outing, their tour was BY FAR the best value you can find. Shuttle pickup from your location, full day tour, lunch and shuttle back, doesn't get better than that. Leo and Daniel made our trip unforgettable and I can't thank them enough. He even helped us get an affordable and comfortable ride to the airport. I have nothing but great things to say about our whole experience.
This excursion did not meet our expectations. Junior(the sales guy) told us we would see all sorts of animals, the water would be clear for snorkelling, and there would be cold cerveza on the boat. The guides did show up and spoke little English and asked us what the plan was. We did see some things but snorkeling was poor with little visibility and no beer on boat.
10/10 recommended these guys, we did the waterfall/rainforest day plus sunset catamaran. Shawn, JC, Andy, all of them please check them out!
