Farmacia Aloe

While in Costa Rica, about five days into my trip, I developed a severe UTI. The pharmacist was absolutely amazing and helped me determine the best course of antibiotics for a full seven-day treatment. They even arranged to have the medication delivered directly to my hotel, which was a huge help. On the seventh day of my trip, I realized I had forgotten my second week of medication bubble pack. Once again, the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get the medication I needed for the remainder of my trip. They were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with through WhatsApp.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re in Playa Coco and need a farmacia, I highly recommend stopping into Aloe Farmacia. My son and I had been out on the water all day and ended up with bright red sunburns. We were warmly greeted by Graciela, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though they had just run out of fresh aloe juice, she sweetly offered us a fresh aloe leaf from her plant to help soothe our burns. That level of genuine care and kindness meant so much. 🌿 It’s not just a pharmacy, it’s a place where you’re treated with warmth and heart. If you’re ever in Playa Coco and need something from a farmacia (drug store), stop by Aloe Farmacia. You’ll be warmly welcomed. ☀️💚

A pharmacy called “Aloe” that doesn’t sell aloe vera… 🤔 That’s like going to a bakery with no bread. Hopefully they consider carrying it, especially in a beach area where it’s something people actually need…
