The draw here is price and position: reviewers consistently call it about the cheapest place to stay in Playas del Coco, walking distance to the beach, with a supermarket across the street and Get Tanked and the Rocket Frog dive center right nearby. Rooms are basic and budget-focused, so come for the location and the savings and set expectations accordingly.

The room we stayed in was disgusting! Black mold above the air conditioner and through out the tub and jets. The back door frame was broken with gaps to let anything in.
The worst place ever! This place should be closed! Even if you are doing a low budget trip like me, you can find a better place. Very dirty, impossible to sleep because of the noise, and the bathroom was disgusting!
I had a great experience at this hotel! It was inexpensive and had the basic necessities, which was all I needed! No restaurant or pool, but I didn’t mind. There is a restaurant/bar simply one building over, “Get Tanked”. It is walking distance from the beach, and has a supermarket across the street with fair prices! Huge thank you to the staff for being so friendly and calling a trusted taxi driver to bring me to the airport! I recommend this hotel if you want to save money while exploring Coco Beach! Also, if you enjoy scuba diving/snorkeling, then definitely choose Rocket Frog PADI 5-Star Dive Center (it is directly across the street from this hotel)!
