SO UNDERRATED. I’m a local, private chef. I’ve tried 90% of italian restaurants in Coco and THIS was a total gem, the food felt so authentic, perfectly balanced and mind blowing flavor, sent me straight to Italy again (thank you for giving bread) Price was way better than other Italians in town and service was great, compared to the other two Italians in the Main Street where they are so rude, this one was GREAT, so welcoming and sweet! Definitely our new go to Italian, thank you for cooking with so much love, you can feel it in every bite.

I first visited this place back in 2016 and have been telling everyone for years the best pasta I've ever had was here, It's now 2026 and I had the opportunity to stop by again had to go way outta my way but it was worth it. The food is so good it unbelievable. The staff are supper friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations. If this was closer to home I would fly here monthly. I hope I find myself here in the future agian. I can't wait another 10 years.

Il Gusto is a hidden gem! It never disappoints! Chef Ivan is from Italy and has been here in Coco making everyone happy with his beautiful meals for at least 15 years! Chef Ivan and his very accommodating staff (Summer and friends!) are super helpful in making anything you want to order! They accommodate allergies, special orders, their meal sizes are very generous. There is a side bar of delicious vegetables and specialty vegetable dishes that comes along with your dinner. Chef Ivan also makes loaves of bread fresh every day that come with your dinner. You can eat like kings and queens at a very reasonable price. They have a nice wine menu as well as delicious desserts, limoncello and more! Don’t miss A lovely evening dining at Il Gusto!
