An upper-level, open-air restaurant overlooking the Coco strip, where the 2-for-1 happy hour margaritas and mojitos get called some of the best people have ever had. The Casado, beef or chicken, tastes fresh and homemade, and there's fried whole fish, chifrijo, and natural juices too. Portions are generous, prices fair, and there are screens for the game. Attentive service.

This upper level open air restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. Our server was very attentive, food portions were generous and price was fair. We arrived just before happy hour ended and our server suggested we each order 2 for 1 margaritas. So we did. My wife and I both agree they we likely the best we've ever had. Excellent spot overlooking the Coco strip!!! Highly recommend Lomas!!
The food is so delicious here. We chose a local staple, Casado, and did the beef and chicken option. The chicken was seasoned to perfection and the beef mixed with the other toppings was incredible. We waited a bit but it was worth it because it was the most fresh tasting food we have tried so far in Costa Rica. Highly recommend! We also came during happy hour and really enjoyed the regular 2 for 1 mojitos.
We grabbed dinner at Lomas just in time for the Super Bowl half time show. There were plenty of screens to watch the game and the sound system was great. We ordered a margherita, a natural juice (pineapple), a fried entire fish platter, and the chifrijo. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the vibes were immaculate. Muchas gracias!
