A tiny, off-the-tourist-strip spot in Playas del Coco where regulars call the ceviche the best they had in Costa Rica, the mixto and a Peruvian version both earn it. Fresh fish and shrimp shine without heavy sauces, and the mixed fried fish, red snapper, garlic shrimp, and shrimp risotto all deliver. Often one person cooks and serves, which keeps it homey, friendly, and fairly priced.

We had a delicious meal at Mancor ceviche! The lady in the restaurante was so welcoming and friendly and this place is a gem find off the main touristy area of Playas del Coco! We ordered the combo of ceviche and mixed fried fish - and is definitely the best ceviched we’ve had while in Costa Rica! We also ordered red snapper which was delicious. Really recommend this little place and it was so reasonably priced.
Very small but great service and fresh fish! A small rave inside and two more outside. Lots of takeout orders while we were there as well.
The freshness of the ingredients, the flavor of the dishes was amazing! We had Peruvian ceviche mixto, risotto camarones, and chicharron, 4 beers, and everything was OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious! I give it all a 10 ( and I come from NYC where we don’t give complaints easily). Everything was under $60 🤩. The service is very personable and friendly. The atmosphere is cosy. Do not miss it!
