National Car Rental

We have rented from National at Playa Del Coco for a few years now. The support from Ivan is unmatched. He always goes above and beyond to answer any questions, make appointments for the 30 day renewal or address any questions or issues. Many thanks Ivan. See you next year.

We went to the car rental agency in Playa Del Coco at 9:10 Am on Feb. 2 to find it was still closed. It had three different signs in the door. One said gone until 11:00. We came back at 12:05 to find someone behind the door, but wouldn’t open it because now they were on lunch break. Open for 1 hour and then go on lunch??? I have never seen this type of incompetence at this rental place before. I called another agency and they are delivering my rental right to the condo. Will never use that agency again. Eat your lunch!

The staff are so incredibly helpful and so easy to deal with. Have rented here multiple times and the cars have all been great.
