Scotiabank ATM

Unable to withdraw cash from this ATM as a Canadian. It said transaction complete and gave me back my card without any money. It did appear on my app under pending which really stressed me out but ended not being charged at least. I would recommend trying...

Worked with no problems for my US debit card. Offers menus in English and Spanish, and currency in Colones or USD.

This ATM let me down and embarrassed Canada in the process with a line of locals and tourists all it would do is process but never surrender the cash. The Canada flag on my backpack was red with embarrassment. After 2 minutes it gave me my card back saying transaction complete. Well I shopped I watched the next person in line have the same issues. After three people tried the line dispersed.
